First Layer:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine

Mix and pat in 9" x 13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 F.

Second Layer:
8 oz. pkg. softened Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on crust.

Third Layer:
2 1/2 c. milk
1 large pkg. chocolate instant pudding

Mix for two minutes and spread on top of cream cheese layer.

Fourth Layer:
Cool Whip

Spread on top. Refrigerate for 4 hours and cut into squares.
