1 Large Onion, Chopped
1 Large Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/4 Cup Butter
2 Cups Chopped Plum Tomatoes
4 Ears Fresh Corn, Cut From Cob
1 Cup Sliced Fresh Okra
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 3 ingredients in butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Add tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Add corn and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 9 minutes or until corn is tender.
