32 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 pt. sour cream
5 eggs
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter, cornstarch, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth, add sour cream, add cream cheese one at a time. Add eggs, one at a time. Pour in a 10" pan buttered, cover the outside of pan with foil and fill roasting pan half full in water and put pan in it. Cook for 1 hour at 375 until golden brown. Shut gas and leave in oven with door open for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate.
