6-8 zucchini, peeled & sliced
4 small cans of tomato sauce
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
Grated cheese
Olive oil
Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut zucchini. In a saute pan, saute onions in oil until translucent then add in zucchini, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Simmer on medium high flame covered for 5-10 minutes. Add in tomato sauce and some grated cheese and continue simmering for another 10-15 minutes or zucchini is soft.
