1 8-Oz. Pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Softened
3 Cups Cold Milk
2 Pkgs. (4-serving sizes) Jell-O Banana or Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
1 8-Oz. Carton Cool Whip, Thawed and Divided
48 Nilla Wafers
1/2 Cup Brewed Coffee, Cooled and Divided
2 Squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, Coarsely Grated
1 Cup Fresh Raspberries

Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add in milk. Add dry pudding mixes; mix well. Stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Place 24 of the wafers in a 2 1/2 qt. bowl. Drizzle with half of the coffee. Top with half of the pudding mixture and chocolate. Repeat all layers. Top with remaining whipped topping and fruit. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
