1/2 c. water
5 c. rhubarb, chopped
1/2 c. sugar or to taste
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 c. strawberries, halved

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium pan, bring water to a boil. Add rhubarb and sugar. Cook 5 to 10 minutes, until rhubarb is tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat stir in berries and cinnamon. Serve warm or cold. A fast dessert served on slice of pond cake or angel food cake, or over vanilla ice cream.
