3 pkgs,boneless chicken breast cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 medium onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. chicken broth
3 c. celery, diagonally cut
2 1/2 Tbsp. water
2 1/2 Tbsp. corn starch
1 c. chopped watercress (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and onions in butter, putting chicken in a little at a time and saute until chicken is no longer pink. Add soy sauce and stir to blend, add chicken broth and celery. Simmer covered until celery is tender but crisp. Blend cornstarch with cold water and stir into skillet. Cook stirring constantly until thickened.
