Boneless chicken breast Flour Shallots White wine Garlic Salt Pepper Mushrooms
Cut chicken in long strips and coat with flour. Heat oil in skillet. Brown chicken and remove chicken from pan. In the same pan brown shallots, garlic and mushrooms. Add chicken back in and add salt, pepper and white wine. Simmer on medium heat covered for 20-30 minutes.
