1lb. Hamburger
small onion
1 can kernel corn w/ juice
1 can kidney bean (black beans good sub.) w/ juice
1 can green chilies (can be hot or mild)
46 64 oz. Can of V8 juice (more juice, more soup)
1 pkg. Ajus seasoning mix
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
cup minute rice (brown or white)

Brown hamburger and onion and drain grease. Dump everything in a pot and let it simmer for 20 minutes
