Oil, for frying
1/2 stick butter
1 large onion
1 c. pimento's
1 c. mushrooms
Flour for dredging
1/4 lb. prosciutto
Parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Glass of dry white wine or marsala

Directions:
Directions:
Flour Shrimp and wrap a slice of prosciutto around each shrimp. Fry shrimp in oil till golden in color and then remove from pan. Set aside on plate. Clean pan and put oil and butter (about 1/2 a stick) Saute onions, 1 c. of pimento's and 1 c. mushrooms. Parsley, salt and pepper then add shrimps to the pan and add dry white wine or marsala. Simmer for a few minutes and serve.
