3 pds. med. sweet potatoes/yams
1/3 cup of half & half
1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs, beaten to blend
3/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 c. maple syrup (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes for 1 hour or until very soft. Drain, peel and trim potatoes. Mash potatoes with ricer and add all ingredients, blend until smooth. Butter and 8-inch glass square baking dish with 2-inch sides. Cook at 350 until center is set, about 50-60 minutes. Garnish with mini marshmallows.
