10 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. white rice
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
8 oz.jar Cheez Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare broccoli according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Bring 2 cups of water to boil, add rice and salt. Reduce heat, stir, cover and simmer until rice is done, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, add butter and set aside. Combine broccoli, rice and Cheeze Whiz. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
