3 pkgs. (8 oz.) fat free cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. strawberry slices or assorted fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Do not over beat after adding eggs. Spray 9 in. pie plate with no stick cooking spray; sprinkle bottom with crumbs. Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared pie plate. Bake at 325 for 45 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with fruit.
