2 c. flour
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 to 1 1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Sift into deep bowl. Make a well in the center. Add eggs and milk. Beat until smooth. Ladle 1/2 cup batter into funnel (with 1/2-inch opening at spout end). Fry 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towel. Top with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, maple syrup, honey, etc.
