4 whole anchovies
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c parsley
1 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1//2 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Combine all and process or blend until a smooth thick liquid is formed.
