1 6-oz. can evaporated milk
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine evaporated milk, brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla with a dash of salt. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles, about 12 minutes. Frost cake while icing is warm.
