1 c. instant cocoa drink mix 1 c. powdered non-dairy creamer 2/3 c. instant coffee powder 1/2 c. powdered or regular sugar 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container. To make one serving: Add 4-6 teaspoons mix to 3/4 cup boiling water or hot milk for creamery chocolate; stir until dissolved. Can be made with decaf coffee.
