2 packages of white stuffing mushrooms
bread crumbs (as much as needed)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 garlic cloves minced
parsley (as much as needed)
olive oil until mixture is moist

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and strip mushrooms cutting out stem. Chop stems in chopper or food processor and mix in with breadcrumbs, garlic, grated cheese, parsley and oil. Mix the bread crumb mixture until moist. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until browned.
