Ingredients:  
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
Italian sausage, rolled into 36 balls (raw)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese and flour; add butter and mix thoroughly. Work with hands. Mold 1 teaspoon of mixture around each meatball and shape into ball. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Cover; chill at least 1 hour. Heat oven to 400 degrees; bake 15 to 20 minutes. Can be frozen and reheated.
