1 pkg. yeast 1 c. warm water 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 T. salad oil 2 1/2 c. flour
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously. Allow to rest 5 minutes. Heat oven to 425º. Divide dough in half. On lightly greased sheets, pat out dough. Finish with sauce and topping. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
