1 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. margarine 2 eggs 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c milk 1 can jellied whole cranberries
Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, beating after each addition. Sift together dry ingredients, adding alternately with milk to the creamed mixture. Stir in cranberries. Spoon into 12 paper-lined 2 1/2-inch muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
