1/4 lb. sausage,
1 1/2 C. herb stuffing mix
1 egg, 1/4 C. butter
1/2 C. water
1/3 lb. bacon, toothpicks.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in water in sauce pan, stir in stuffing. Remove from heat.
Add egg and sausage and blend. Chill 1 hr.
Shape into pecan size oblongs.
Cut bacon strips into thirds, and wrap around the oblong sausage rolls, fasten with a toothpick.
Bake at 375 for 35 min.
Turn halfway during cooking. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
