4 boxes frozen chopped spinach,
1 can sliced mushrooms,
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 C. milk, 3/4 C. Bisquick
1 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. salt
1 med. chopped onion
8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 X 13" pan.
Cook spinach per directions and drain
Mix spinach, onion, mushrooms, cheese in a bowl.
Spread evenly in pan.
In blender mix milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over the spinach and mix in.
Bake 45 min. to 1 hr. until knife blade comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve.
