2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob

1 c. half & half or milk
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter

2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
dash of white pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Blend all ingredients, except corn. Then add corn. Stir. Bake at 350 for 1 hour until "set" and knife comes out clean.
