1/4 lb. (1 1/2 - 2 c.) egg noodles, cooked
1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish, flaked

1 c. cooked peas
1 c. cooked, chopped celery
2 tsp. grated onion

1 pimento, chopped (optional)
2 c. medium white sauce

Fine bread crumbs, buttered

Directions:
Directions:

Spread alternate layers of cooked noodles, tuna fish and vegetables, topping with layer of noodles in a buttered 2-quart casserole.

Add onion and pimento to white sauce and pour over noodle mixture. Top with buttered crumbs.

Bake in preheated oven at 400 for 30-40 minutes.
