1/2 c. milk
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. self-rising cornmeal (buttermilk cornbread mix)

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 and spray cornstick pan with oil pan spray. Combine milk, oil and slightly beaten egg whites. Add cornmeal and mix until smooth. Pour into cornstick pan and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

This is good with chicken noodle or potato soup.
