Dis is a very easy recipe dat was shared wit me by my daughter, Cherie, a recent Louisiana transplant. All you gotta do is:

1. Git yoself some good ol' Arkansaw catfish fillets (not no Vietnamese or import, and not too thick).

2. After you wash yo' fish in col' watuh, shake off excess watuh and rub yo' fish down wit yo favrit mustard.

3. Now roll dem mustard coated fillets in Louisiana Fish Fry-New Orleans Style© (da one wit da real lemon added). If'n you use som' udder fish fry, doan blame me fo da taste!

4. Deep fry at about 350ºF until golden brown.
