3 16-Oz. Cans Blackeyed Peas, Drained
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Cup Diced Ham
1 16-Oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Black Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cover. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
