Ingredients:  
3 whole chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch cubes
3 garlic cloves
1/4 t salt
1/2 cardamom
1 t ground turmeric
1/2 t ground allspice
1/4 t ground black pepper
1/2 t ground cumin
juice from 3 large limes
2 T olive oil
4 T plain lowfat yogurt (use Greek yogurt if you can find it)

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a gallon size zipper bag. Mix well. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours, overnight if possible.

Skewer chicken and grill. Serve with rice, couscous, or salad.
