1 stick (4 oz.) margarine 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1 Tbsp. dried diced onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. cooked Minute Rice 1 jar Cheez Whiz or 1 can cheese soup
Melt margarine in skillet. Add broccoli and onion. Cook over low heat until broccoli thaws and stir gently. Add Cheez Whiz and cream of chicken soup. Mix with cooked rice. Bake at 350º until hot and bubbly.
