1 stick margarine
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Directions:
Directions:

Melt margarine in bowl in microwave. Add corn, beaten eggs, sour cream and corn muffin mix. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

This casserole makes an excellent potluck dish.
