1 lb. cooking cheese (round)
1 c. nuts
1 large clove of garlic (or 2 small cloves)
2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese

Grind cooking cheese in food grinder.
Grind nuts and garlic. Mix with cooking cheese.
Add cream cheese and mix.
Make into one large roll or two small rolls.
Sprinkle paprika on waxed paper. Roll garlic cheese until covered, then wrap in waxed paper and let stand in refrigerator for a few hours.

Slice and eat with crackers.
