2 lbs hamburger, browned small chopped onion, green pepper, pimento 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 pint sour cream salt and pepper to taste 3 cups of thin egg noodles, cooked 1/2 cup shredded cheese cracker crumbs
Mix all ingredients together except cracker crumbs. Place in baking dish and cook on 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Place cracker crumbs on top and then place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
