1/4 c. sugar 1/2 pkg. 3 oz. strawberry or raspberry jello 4 c. chopped rhubarb Crust: 1 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 6 tbsp. butter
Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Cut in butter. Pat about 3/4 of this mixture in 9" pie pan. Reserve rest for topping. Put chopped rhubarb in pie shell. Sprinkle sugar/jello mixture over rhubarb. Sprinkle topping all over top. Bake at 350º about 35 - 40 min. until golden brown.
