3/4 c. cubed cantaloupe
3/4 c. pineapple chunks
3/4 c. green grapes
3/4 c. whole strawberries
2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt of lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. brown sugar or honey

Thread alternating pieces of fruit on short skewers. Then arrange in shallow container. Sprinkle lightly with lime juice to prevent browning.
In a blender, combine yogurt, raspberries, nutmeg, maple syrup and brown sugar and puree until smooth. Pour into small container. Serve as sauce.
