3 1/2 cups corn, cut off the cob
1 c. water
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:

Shuck, silk and cut corn off cob. Scrape cob one time around. Place all ingredients in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high heat for 10 minutes. Stir. Microwave 10 more minutes. Serve with fresh tomato slices (or cool 1/2 hour, bag and freeze).
