1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:

Put flour in mixing bowl, making a hole in the flour. Add remaining ingredients and work until a ball of dough forms. Knead until dough is not sticky.

Pinch off a little dough about the size of a golf ball and roll in the palm of your hand, until smooth. Flatten and place in hot greased biscuit pan. (I turn them over in the pan to grease them on both sides.)

Bake at 375 for about 12 minutes or until brown.
