2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 c. chopped onion

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed golden mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of onion soup
2 jars (4.5 oz.) Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. pepper

1 pkg. (16 oz.) egg noodles
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
1 container (8 oz.) sour cream

Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Mix beef, onion, soups, mushrooms and pepper in a 3 - 6 quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low heat setting 8-10 hours.

About 15 minutes before serving, cook and drain noodles as directed on package.

Meanwhile, stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir sour cream into beef mixture.

Serve beef mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
