1 1/2 c. flour 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 3/4 c. butter 9 peaches sliced and 1 pt. blueberries 1 1/2 c. sugar 9 tbsp. flour 2 beaten eggs 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. cream or 1/2 and 1/2
Mix first five ingredients and pat into 9 x 13 in. pan. Next layer peaches and blueberries. Mix 1 1/2 c. sugar and 9 tbsp. flour. Put on top of peaches and blueberries. Mix eggs, sugar and cream. Pour over top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
