1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 pkg. instant French Vanilla Pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. rum
3/4 cup Craisins
3/4 cup white chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the craisins in the rum. Cream together the sugars, butter, pudding, and vanilla. Add eggs; beat on medium speed. Add flour and soda and continue beating until all is blended. Add the rum-soaked craisins, chocolate morsels and nuts. Mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375º.
