1 1/2 lbs. round steak 2 T olive oil to fry meat 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix 2 green peppers 1 1/2 T cornstarch 2 1/2 cups water
Cut meat into thin strips and brown in oil. Stir in soup mix and 2 cups water; cover. Simmer 30 minutes. Blend cornstarch and 1/2 cup water; add to skillet. Cook until sauce thickens. Add green peppers; simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over rice - Enjoy!!!!!!!!
