2 pie crusts
2 1/2 c. granulated sugar (1/2 c. for topping later)
2/3 c. cocoa
5 eggs separated
5 tbsp. corn starch
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
pinch cream of tartar

Directions:
Brown the pie crusts in the oven. In a big microwave-safe bowl heat 5 cups of milk for 5 minutes. Fold in 2 cups of sugar, cocoa, egg yolks, corn starch, flour, and salt. Reheat mixture in 3 minute intervals until thickened (3 - 4 times). When thickened, add butter and vanilla. Chill. Combine egg whites, 1/2 cup of sugar, and cream of tartar. Beat until firm. Top pie.
