8 Russet potatoes - boil with skins on 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1 cup cheddar cheese 1 cube butter
Peel and grate potatoes. Put grated potatoes in casserole dish. Combine last 4 ingredients and heat. Add 2 - 3 chopped green onions. Pour over grated potatoes. Top with 1 cup grated cheese. Bake 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
