4 cups flour
1/2 pound butter
3 tbsp. sugar
Mix above ingredients together like pie crust. Then make a hole in the center, add 1 1/4 cup warm milk, add 2 pkgs. of yeast (dissolved in a little of the milk), yolks of 3 eggs, well beaten. Mix liquid into flour mix and mix well. Put in refrigerator overnight. Roll out like pie crust about 1/4" thick.

For filling mix: 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup crushed nuts and 1/2 tsp. vanilla and cream until a paste forms. Then spread over mixture. Cut into triangle piece and roll from wide to narrow end and place on greased tins about 1 1/2" apart. Cover let rise about 2 hours or more. Bake about 20 minutes in 375 oven. Frost when cooled with powdered sugar frosting or leave plain if served with main meal.
