1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chocolate chips semi sweet
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan put sugar, milk, and butter bring to a full boil. Stir constantly until it comes to a full boil once it reaches full boil (bubbles to center) cook for 1 minute without stirring, remove from heat and gently stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Let cool and frost cake. This will make plenty and recipe can be halved.
