1 pound red potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped Rosemary
Coarse sea salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chopped red potatoes with olive oil and Rosemary. Place in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Salt to taste at the end of cooking.
