8 center-cut boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
2 tsp. fresh coarse black pepper
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tsp. coarse sea salt
2 large sweet onions (Vidalia, Maui, Walla Walla)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine honey, soy sauce, coarse black pepper, and pepper flakes. Brush pork chops with canola oil and season with salt and pepper. Over high heat, grill the chops for 4 to 5 minutes a side. Place chops on cooler portion of grill and brush with glaze several times. Chops should continue to cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Brush sliced onion with canola oil and place on hot portion of grill. Grill onions for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until slightly browned. Serve chops and onions with a side of couscous. Serves 4.
