One piece of sushi grade Ahi Tuna, 3/4 to one full pound bottle of premium soy sauce coarse cracked black pepper or sesame seeds vegetable oil
Cut Ahi into 2 to 3 inch blocks that are 5 to 6 inches long, similar to a stick of butter. Coat lightly with soy sauce and roll in black pepper or sesame seeds. Use a paper towel and coat the hot grill with vegetable oil prior to searing. Place Ahi on grill and sear for 15 to 20 seconds a side for total cooking time of 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Serve with wasabi and premium soy sauce. Most markets carry wasabi in the Asian foods section. Serves 4 to 6.
