Twelve to Eighteen Medium White Shrimp
Shrimp or Seafood Dry Rub
Drawn Butter and Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse shrimp and place on wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle liberally with dry rub. Grill over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Be very careful not to over cook. Finish with a light brush of lemon butter. Serve hot as appetizer or as main course over basmati rice and grilled vegetables. Serves 3 to 4.
