Shredded Lettuce
Boiled Eggs
Boiled Potatoes
Butter gravy
White vinegar

For Butter Gravy
1/2 C Butter
1/2 C flour
2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lettuce, potato, and egg on plate. For the gravy, melt butter, then add flour. Mix and add water until thickened. Cover with gravy and drizzle approx 1/2-1 tsp vinegar on top.
